I can imagine everything I could, so today I am gonna imagine some scores to categorize India according to Hofstede.
So, let me start by posting that I imagine India as a country with a high degree of unequallity, where people work as a whole taking into account people around them, with a competitive environment where people maintain rigid codes and beliefs. Also, where people is afraid of the societal change maintaining themselves tied to norms and traditions that in adittion, suppress the gratification of their needs.

In the other hand, Colombia compared with India is a country with a not too high degree of inequality where most of people just worry about themselves, with a middle-term competitive environment where people is relaxed and don’t worry about the future. Also, with people afraid of societal change maintaining tied to norms and beliefs but not as it was on old times and people enjoy life and have fun.
